Silver Corp’s lawyers selected a losing basis to sue on in the USA.

The laws of defamation in the US do not exist. They sued on the weakness claim possible. It was a loser from day number one.

The violations are in the Common Commercial Code. The short was simply fruits of the absolutely wrongful and clearly illegal act.

You cannot benefit financially from a crime.
