Canadian Superior Energy has insurance to handle law suits. Don't worry. The courts will get around to this action if there is any merit to it at all, years from now. It will probably be dismissed due to the fact that SNG was under bankrupcy protection at the time or failing that if there is any merit it will be settled out of court. It smells of bottom feeders looking for work
