Message: News and its potential

This news is possibly the deal maker for the next 1-2 years. What I mean is this; Nick had been entertaining the idea of 1 or 2 partners coming on board for small parts of the company... At this time, if those partners have not yet come on board I suspect they will.

With those partners on board the majority share holders (about 35%) will be able to save the company in the event of hostile take over attempts. This assumes each comes in for 10% and Nick and friends controls 15%. This also assumes a good share holders rights plan!

If partners do not come on board there will be plenty of wolves lurking in the shadows at the CES. There will be more than one with cash to burn and an eye for quality products to drive their own bottom lines.

In the event that there are no take over attempts SHH has a product that will be desirable to many competitors. Any company using anything for sound or hearing protection will be a potential licensee. This award tells than that SHH has a quality, innovative product that could be suitable for them to distribute under their own brand. I actually hope the news unfold this way, one new licensee after the other. Apple, RIM, Sony, Motorola and the list goes on.

It’s a dangerous game with all the big boys having tons of cash but at the same time, its win win for SHH share holder.

I am not seeing any negatives in this story. SHH has a unique, patented, innovative technology that will be highly desirable on a very broad scale.

I would like to see an update on how close they are to a 97% success rate for production. As I recall 95% is acceptable but 97% is the real target. If they have that then we are ready for mass production.

I still think we may not have a company by May 2011 due to take over bids. Either way, the future is bright.
