I disagree. First of all, the four major shareholders representing insiders and large Institutions are holding 86.3 million shares. They have a vested interest in the company, therefore any deals made by the management has their seal of approval. They also have the long-term investor’s approval. As for the 295 million shares owned by the long-term shareholders definitely is "not here and there".
