Does anyone know how long it took South Gobi to get all of the Permits signed from the Govt?

I ask because I'm a shareholder in PCY.V and they have all the permits they need except one. I know for a Monster deposit this can take years before they get the go from the Govt and then they change their mind. But for a smaller deposit say 200M Tons of coal??? So that's not that small. But I think everyone here knows where I'm going with this.
