Reflecting on this move by KWG, I submit this creation of a separate entity is a result of strategic positioning to allow KWG the ability and flexibility to deal with the "Ring of Fire" holdings separately. This means to me it (RoF) is significant enough or at least important enough that positioning for merger or additional JV's makes sense and to leave separate holdings as individual business units that can not be affected. IMO.
