Neil has 31 years experience in the mining industry, including more than a decade directly related to the diamond exploration industry. Neil graduated from University of Waterloo in 1977 and immediately became involved as a project geologist for the Canadian operations of Australian based uranium explorer Pancontinental Mining Ltd. In 1983, Neil left Pancontinental and formed a private consulting company, Nominex Ltd. As managing director of Nominex, Neil became involved in various North American and International exploration assignments. In late 1992, Neil prepared the geological report that supported the initial prospectus for Spider Resources Inc. in his capacity as consultant to the founders of Spider. Spider Resources Inc. became a public company in early 1993. Neil became an active board member and senior officer of Spider in 1995 and remained as such through to early 1999. Neil was re-elected to the Board of Spider in September 1999, and was re-appointed as Vice President in November 1999 and as Corporate Secretary for the corporation in January 2000. In June of 2003, Neil was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Spider.

In January, 2000 Neil through his ownership of Nominex Ltd., created and became the President and Managing Partner in the consulting company Billiken Management Services Inc. Neil remained as President and MD of Billiken Management through to the beginning of June 2007, when he sold his one third interest to an arm’s length company owned by various senior geological consultants to Billiken. Billiken, under Neil’s management and guidance entered into various contracts with Spider Resources Inc. and joint venture partner KWG Resources Inc. to manage all exploration activities of the KWG/Spider joint venture in the capacity of "appointed manager" in early 2000. Through Billiken, Neil assembled and maintained a team of geological and engineering professionals that have, over the past 10 years become extremely familiar with the projects of Spider, and return each exploration season to the various projects, thus maintaining the continuous flow of information from one year to the next, without Spider having to hire staff on a full time basis. Billiken is hired on a project by project basis and is only employed on an as needed basis, in addition Billiken provides office space for Spider in Toronto’s financial district. With Neil’s departure from Billiken in 2007, agreements with Spider were all renegotiated.

Neil through his involvement in Billiken also provided geological consultation and management expertise regarding exploration for several other resource companies in Canada and worldwide. As a partial result of this involvement with others, along with Neil’s long career in the junior resource industry, Neil was invited to join various public company boards including Noront Resources Inc., Simberi Mining Corporation, and Cadillac Ventures Inc. In addition to Neil’s role as CEO and President of Spider, Neil is also Vice President of Noront Resources Ltd., overseeing this company’s exploration activity.

RICHARD HAMELIN

Richard Hamelin

CFO, VP Finance, Director

Richard has 16 years experience in the mining industry, through both his hands on production, research and engineering experience based in Timmins, Ontario, and current executive officer experience through other public and private mining companies. In addition to his mining background Richard has significant expertise in the realm of finance, over the course of 14 year career in the investment industry Richard rose to the position of Sr. V.P. and Director of Canaccord Capital, directly responsible for their development in the Province of Quebec. Additionally Richard has experience in the field of merger, acquisition and sourcing development funds privately in the junior mining sector. Richard has been a board member of Spider since 1999, at which point he represented a significant ownership position in Spider through his clients. Subsequent to leaving the brokerage industry and relocating to Mexico to provide "hands-on" financial guidance to a junior mining company during their start-up phase Richard has continued his association and contribution to the Spider board, most recently undertaking the role of Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President Finance.

EARL S. COLEMAN

Earl Coleman is involved in senior management of a freight forwarding business headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. From 1985 to 1991, Earl held a series of positions with Big Freight Systems Inc. and in 1991 he was appointed to the position of Secretary Treasurer. In 1997 Earl was further appointed to Vice President of this company. He is currently the VP and Secretary Treasurer of Big Freight Systems Inc and Secretary Treasurer of Big Freight America Inc. His recent appointment to the board of Spider, is Earl’s first involvement with a publicly traded mining company. Earl’s involvement with Spider was spawned by a series of investments made by a consortium of Manitoba based investors into Spider during the period 1994 through to 1997. To respect this financial support and investment into Spider, this group of investors were offered representation at the board level in Spider, Earl was their representative of choice. Earl brings with him a close connection to these (and other) financial sources which have supported Spider’s exploration efforts in the past, with continued support in the future. Earl is a member of the Board of Directors of Manitoba Trucking Association, a member of the Canadian Trucking Alliance and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Earl is a member of the audit committee for Spider Resources Inc.

Carmen Diges, is a practicing lawyer focused on international corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and natural resources. Carmen also enjoys working for clients in the industrial, technology and biotechnology sectors. JAMES FRANKLIN

Director

Dr. James Franklin is a consulting geologist with over 33 years of experience in the study of mineral deposits and regional metallogeny. He is a graduate of Carleton University (B.Sc. (64); M.Sc. (67)) and the University of Western Ontario (Ph.D., 1970). His career in the mineral industry has involved teaching at the university level, and directing research programs for the Geological Survey of Canada as director of the Survey, and eventually was appointed Chief Geoscientist of Geological Survey of Canada between 1993 and 1997, where he was responsible for coordinating GSC's entire scientific program, including activities within multilateral national and international scientific programs and setting priorities for geoscience programs within Government of Canada. He retired from the GSC in 1998. Currently he is a director or science advisor on the boards of six other exploration companies, and sits on numerous boards for professional and scientific groups. In addition to his involvement with the mineral resource industry Dr. Franklin is also a Fellow or the Royal Society of Canada, representing Canada's geoscientists on the Partnership Group for Science and Engineering. He is a registered professional geologist in the Province of Ontario, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Queen's, Ottawa and Laurentian Universities. He recently retired as co-editor of Exploration and Mining Geology for CIM, and was also Associate Editor of Economic Geology (trade journal) for seven years. He is a Past President of both the Geological Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists. In addition to his Fellowship in the Royal Society of Canada, Jim was awarded Selwyn G. Blaylock Medal form CIM in 2006, the Michel Halbouty Award from Geological Survey America in 2002, the A.O. Dufresne Award by CIM in 1995, the Duncan R. Derry award by GAC in 1992, the Thayer Lindsley Award by SEG in 1990 and the SEG's Distinguished Lecturer Award in 1988. He has published over 125 papers and book chapters, and over 100 abstracts, two of which involved the McFaulds Lake massive sulphide project. Dr. Franklin will be assisting Spider management in geotechnical matters, with focus on the advancement of various exploration programs

BRYAN WILSON

Bryan Wilson graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1975. Bryan has 18 years experience in the Mining Industry covering all facets of mining exploration and development, and 14 years experience in the Financial Services Industry involved in Investment Research (Mining Analyst), Corporate Finance, and Venture Capital as it relates to the mining industry and collaterally Retail Sales.

Bryan became involved with Spider Resources Inc. in 1995 in his capacity as Mining Analyst with the retail brokerage firm C.M.Oliver. Bryan closely followed Spider's activities through the mid to late 1990's and was appointed to be a member of the board in September 1999.

Bryan in his capacity as a board member was appointed to Spider's audit committee. Meanwhile, Bryan held a senior management position with CorporateFinanceDirect.com and Thames Capital Corp. of Toronto. In late 2002, Bryan through his involvement in the mining industry was hired in a consulting capacity to help guide Ste. Genevieve Resources Inc.'s restructuring process, Bryan was eventually hired by Ste. Genevieve to become its President. Bryan's consulting endeavors also resulted in his appointment as President and then Chairman of VenCan Resources Inc. in early 2003 and a board member of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd.

In June of 2003, Bryan was nominated and appointed by the Board of Spider Resources Inc. to be its President and Chief Executive Officer.

Norm has 33 years experience in the Mining Industry, mostly in International exploration, the last 10 of which are directly related to the diamond exploration industry. Norm graduated from Acadia University in Nova Scotia in 1969 with a B.Sc. in geology followed by a 1971 B.Ed. degree. During his schooling, Norm gained experience as a geologist with the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick governments as well as various international assignments for A.C.A. Howe International. Upon graduation he became involved with A.C.A. Howe International in Canada, becoming a partner of this international mining consulting firm. Norm left Howe in 1983 and started his own consulting company Minroc Management Ltd. Norm has been self-employed since 1983 and has gained geological and management experience operating throughout North America, the Caribbean, South America, Africa, Europe and Russia. Norm joined the Board of Spider in 1993 and served as its first president until February 1999. Norm was re-elected to the board of Spider in September 1999, and was reappointed as President in November 1999 and served in this capacity until June 2003. Norm voluntarily resigned as President of Spider but remains a director of the company and sits on the audit committee.
