i have to agree with goldenrule on his assessment of today's results. i do not know mining and it would appear many here also do not understand the intricacies of the business. and so i have to go to people in the business for help in interpreting results as they come out. and yes, they were nothing great according to a spokesperson from spq with whom i had lunch.

but what he did say is that it fills in more pieces of the puzzle. and there is so much more to come from spq and the area. and everyone is very excited about NOT's upcoming news. obviously he did not tell me why the news was great, that's for us to find out but the stock would appear to be undervalued in many people's estimation.

SPQ will once more rise on its own merits when it brings out something great and in the meantime it will also rise as NOT brings out its findings. just look at how they are so intertwined!!!! good/great things are in the works.

 and about warrants. i purchased spq stock through a pp a while ago. actually did it twice. along with the stock came a pleasant tax break and a similar amount of warrants which come due oct. 24 and april 24/08.

as the oct. 24 date fast approached, i certainly was worried that those warrants would be worth nothing as the strike price was .10c. wow, did things change in the course of several months as NOT, and i am a large holder in it, took off, carrying SPQ with it. and friday, thinking that spq at .175c, i exercised those warrants, thinking that .075 for me would be great, thank you very much spider!!! so i did.  laughed today as i saw i could have exercised those same warrants at .22c!!!  so goes it as i'm still content with the price i got. i did put that warrant money directly back into spq shares as i do believe spq will go much higher on its own merit and NOT'S!!!!!

been in spq since before the turn of the century and will be with them and not for a little while longer!!!
