When I chatted with Jim Voisin of SPQ last week, he was aware of the Sprott investment in Noront, but of none in SPQ.  From that conversation, I must believe it is the "retail" (i.e., individual) investor and Insiders who basically own Spider.  However, I can't confirm that.
