At the moment there are 1/2 million shares on offer and half that on the bid. That's a lot of shares. No way the price will increase until the willing sellers clear out their holdings.

Some other 'Ring of Fire' plays are holding their price fairly well but that's on low volume. For some reason a lot of holders of SPQ aren't willing to hang around and wait for further developments in this area.

Looks like it will take a while for things to shake out before we'll see any kind of increase in market pricing of spq.
