Your comments make a lot of sense but getting shareholders to agree to takeover is a lot harder than just signing the papers for a jv with control going over to Noront in return for cash or shares.

None of these juniors are going to budge until they study the aerial surveys AND, if they have the bucks, doing ground follow up. The better grip they have on potential targets the higher their piece will be valued.

Looking at the new year before any major jv gets signed imho.
