Question...what happen's when NOT signed a JV like you said....l'ets say they make a deal with SPQ and we pitched noront 5 million and they hold 50% by doing the project.

When they sell to a major how does the price of our company relate when the major buy....how does it work????

I am trying to understand that if they signed the 15 jv,does the sp relate to what they find on SPQ land and we go 50-50 with NOT from the point to what the sp was at the time they make the deal???

So my main question his what happens if NOT does a jv with SPQ,and is it possible that if BMK find's something,they will start doing that to,because they plan to go on their own i think!
