Saw your post on the NOT Hub.  And I agree, the Ontario Government will be in there like a "dirty shirt" with infrastructure help.  Taxpayers' money put to good use will easily and eventually translate back into more corporate taxes from a Major.  Moreover, if Nemis and Co. decided to use a couple of million, they probably would get it back in tax breaks.
