A solid 20% move upwards at this time of year does take some thinking about. Personally I've felt for a while that SPQ was oversold and the 12 to 12 1/2 cent price well overdue. If it moves higher without any news it will really have us all scratching our heads.

I wasn't expecting anything much until well into January. If something is going on behind the scenes it can only be something like another jv being announced.
