KWG is the diamond play in McFaulds. I don't know the exact nature of the transaction (Kelsee would probably know), but between Novak-Watson-Scheemk they decided KWG would deal with the carats. Although Novak was originally a diamond man, others are working that interest at McFaulds.
I don't know whether you read it in the papers the other day, but diamond plays are having a really rough time in Canada because of the American greenback. I understand that diamonds (it's a cartel thing) are priced in American bucks. Alas, Canadian diamonds can no longer be purchased for 70 cents on a buck.
One other thing about Canadian diamond interests and the mining scene in Canada: Don Lindsay, CEO of Teck, has invested some money in diamonds (Tahera?) but won't touch them with a 10 foot drill core at the moment. So as one of the other posts on this topic mentioned, it might be good to stay away from them to the moment.
