However, near the very bottom, when discussing UC, you state: " ...to earn an additional 15% vested interest in the Property bringing the UC interest level to 55%; 22.5% SPQ / 22.5% KWG "

What you need to do there is continue: " KWG has elected not to participate in funding the program beyond that point (per the 2006 agreement with SPQ) until its 22.5% JV interest has been reduced to 15%, with 30% to SPQ."
