I will try to contact Neil Novak on your question re: a protection plan for share holders.

I believe that some discussion has taken place on this Board with regards to a "take out" of the company, but such a possiblity becomes more of an issue as the area play proves out.

To my way of thinking, with the large number of shares outstanding, and a very active shareholder base, if such a thing was contemplated, it would all be very acrimonious.
