Correctomundo. Without looking back into history (and I may be wrong), Novak was looking for diamonds with old EM data .
He's now pretty excited about the new Aerotem data. I am certain that he and the CEOs of FWR and UC have pored over the new maps to pinpoint drill locations. I expect with his visit to Double Eagle 2 this week, he has also taken the opportunity to visit both the Freewest Option and McFaulds. Both locations are 10 minutes away by helicopter.
Based on some very similar geologies amongst all of the players (including SPQ) on the southern rim of the McFaulds play, I think the area play will benefit investors who have taken advantage of multiple investments. (I have not included BMK because I haven't followed this equity.)
1) NOT has led the charge ($6.80)
2) FNC ($2.74) and PRB ($1.19) leads the second stage because of proximity to Double Eagles.
3) UC (.44), FWR (.34) and SPQ (.13) follow with the third stage. The likelihood of their VMS anomalies having the same mineralization as those of NOT & FNC is strong.
It's like "layering" your bonds in a bond portfolio. However, this is doing it with speculative equities. Go figure. :)
But if it works, the investor will have an amazing return. And ... once SPQ busts through the "13 cent roadblock", it will be 25 cents in a heartbeat.
My humble thoughts.
