Sorry Cylinder - I was watching the "close" with a number of McFaulds plays. Then I got a phone call.

BID is what investors are willing to pay for SPQ; SELL is what investors are willing to sell for.

I am also confused as why SPQ is not moving. I have to assume some large investor is somehow blocking a move up.

There's a PRO and a CON to this stalemate. The PRO is that the investor can get in cheap - I bought 15000 shares today at 13 cents; the CON is that the investor is not getting their capital gain. But it will happen.
