What does it matter whether they have 300 mil or 600 mil or 100 mil? What matters is the total value of the enterprise i.e. number of shares multiplied by the price per share. That is how you market value a business and compare it to others.

The question you need to ask yourself is whether the current enterprise value of approx $36 mil is undrvaluing the potential or overvaluing it. Each person has to do his own assesment on that and act accordingly. The number of share outstanding, as a stand alone number, means nothing.
