Thanks for the nice comments, Kelsee. Honest, when SPQ blows the door handles off McFaulds I'm coming up to T'bay. I won't sniff any varnish, but I'll quaff a pint or two with you.

I did read your post with regards to emailing Neil at SPQ, and investor relations. Neil is actually a relatively quiet guy, but a nice guy. He's not an extrovert - far from it.

As I mentioned earlier, he's an old time prospector - cards held close to his chest when playing poker type-of-guy. He seems very determined - like a pit bull. So he's not a promoter - that's Richard Nemis.

For example, he jealously guards technical knowledge until he's absolutely certain that he's got the goods. He smiles when he hears about "tonnage" at DE1 or DE2 or any of the other anomalies. Heck, he doesn't even know tonnages at this point - how can others? When a NR is posted you can be guaranteed that it is accurate.

As far as the UC Option business is concerned, I feel comfortable with my conversation with Jim Voisin. The timelines (as mentioned by John Defur) are important, but when lawyers are involved some leeway may be needed - since it's in everyone's best interest.

Finally, with regards to Freewest, I like them a bunch. In fact, I bought another 10,000 shares the other day. The discussion I had with Wayne Stewart at the Freewest booth was about their New Brunswick holdings (which look real good) - unfortunately he knew little about what was really happening at McFaulds. The JV with SPQ/KWG is a "package" which will potentially light a huge fire under their share prices. Seriously. :)

By the way, I have a bunch of PDAC photos ready to post. One of the posters, who posts infrequently, mentioned that he had a server on which I could upload the pics. Hope to do it later today.

Regards,

Snug
