Yes, it's basically a moot point. The agreements have been signed or about to be signed. JD and Kelsee have posted them on this board for all to read. They also can be read by going out to the web.
If a shareholder is really concerned, they can:
1) buy shares of a McFaulds' junior that owns 100% of their claims
2) come to the Spider AGM in June 2008 and argue the point directly with Neil Novak
3) or contact Neil directly (contact info on the Spider website)
Remember that JVs are a strategy employed at McFaulds by junior miners whereby risk is shared as well as potential rewards. This is, after all, an "exploration play", and is very speculative.
Sharing risk is just plain smart. Just like this hub where we all share information to better inform each investor. Think what it would be like if you were going it alone and investing blind. Think about it.
