KWG versus SPQ

I just posted this on the KWG hub, but perhaps the best place to ask the question is the SPQ hub.

Can someone please tell me why SPQ has moved 40% higher than KWG? As far as I can see SPQ and KWG have the same ownership percentages in the same properties. KWG has a couple of million more in the bank, but at a trading price of 10 cents for KWG and 14 cents for SPQ we are talking about market caps of $27 mil for KWG and $40 mil for SPQ. Why all of a sudden a divergence in share prices? Why a difference of 50% in market caps?
