First off, I hope everyone reading the SPQ board has a great holiday weekend here in Canada. If you're not in Canada, have a great Friday - and then a great weekend!
I read one poster on another ROF board saying he was scraping up every dollar he had and using his VISA to get more shares. Someone used the phrase "irrational exuberance" just before the tech bubble burst in 2000. Perhaps this phrase applies is this case.
I must admit I felt some concern reading this. I must emphasize buying equities is risky. This activity is speculative. It is entirely possible that you can lose everything you have invested - unlikely, but it is possible.
Here a five synonyms for "To speculate" - to conjecture, to guess, to surmise, to suppose, to theorize.
Another poster chatted with Richard Nemis today, and things sound positive. Did RN reveal anything "material"? No. Is DE3 with piles of PGEs just around the corner? Your guess is as good as mine.
My point is that you need to be responsible with your investing especially when you have a family. I don't think using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or any other piece of plastic is responsible. My personal opinion only. You may disagree.
By the way, I still feel very positive about SPQ, NOT, FWR and whole bunch of other ROF plays. :)
