KWG has a long history of working with SPQ.  However, if you do complete due diligence (a few NRs at least), you will find that KWG wants to focus on diamonds.  To that end, they are somewhat of a "silent partner" when it comes to drilling on VMS and MMS anomalies in the Ring of Fire.

As for UC Resources, Kelsee notes an option agreement between them and SPQ.  Whether it has been signed is the question.  Supposedly it was with lawyers when last discussed on this board.  A phone call to SPQ on Monday should resolve its status.
