I believe the reason for the difference may be the fact that SPQ still holds their interest in the McFayden and Wawa diamond finds within their company, while KWG has moved their interests into Debuts Diamonds.

This is good reason for the disparity in price, but I agree that KWG will benefit equally on a find in the JV.
