KWG is a joint venture partner and will make money by way of their percentage involvement. However, they are partner that is a "diamond" player not actively consulting in the drilling for the Freewest Option MMS. Their involvement will decrease as money from SPQ and FWR are poured into the drilling.

Finally, KWG has as its focus the kimberlite on the MacFadyen Project. This is where their true interest lies. They have other JVs in the McFaulds Lake area, but this interest is basically passive.
