You will find, and already have found, lots of information on SPQ. Make certain you ask lots of questions.

Many things are going to happen to Spider Resources over the next 24 months. In fact, much is going to happen in the next week.

However, it will be some time before any "take out" is proposed by a "major" mining company. If it happens, there will be a proposed "take out" price per share. The stock market will probably spike to the offer price. You can sell, if you want. However, many investors will wait for higher offers. Many times this strategy works in their favor.
