Can't believe UC wouldn't sign or put up required cash/securities to ensure they didn't lose jv arrangement. Certain to be serious if still a problem there but not for SPQ as they win and somebody else would sure step in fast to grab a jv on that property.

The nature of the exploration business is such that both parties are likely to want the deal to go through and if it doesn't hopefully it will be a mutally acceptable withdrawl so no ill will/lawsuits.
