At PDAC I discussed with Paul the possibility of Agoracom helping with Private Placements (PP).  I've asked this question before, but I want to revisit it.I have a number of shares in Noront Resources (NOT), which is a company that works with Agoracom.  1) If NOT was to consider a future PP, would present investors be able to work with Agoracom to purchase PP shares?One of my Agoracom friends wanted to know about "tradable warrants".2) Is Agoracom considering "tradable warrants" when working with its clients and their investors (like me)?Thanks for your help.Snug

Hey Snug,Great seeing you again at the PDAC.Thanks for your question.We are indeed launching a new iniative which will allow accredited AGORACOM members to participate in select private placements.The private placements that would be available to our members would depend upon which companies opted in.  As such, even though Noront is an AGORACOM client, they would have the final say if they chose to open up their private placement to our members.  However, it is very possible.At this point we haven't given much thought to "tradable warrants".  However, it may be something we consider at some future point, once we've gotten the AGORACOM Private Placements up and running.Thanks for your inquiry and your continued support of AGORACOM.Regards,Paul
