Not sure about 400 mil shares. From the latest NR: There are currently 303,216,017 shares issued in Spider. Even with any warrants/options out there, it isn't close to 400mil.
Dilution will only affect the SP in dollar value. If the market cap goes up to $400 mil in the end (SPQ is in on a lot of land here, second to NOT with all the JVs), that will be a 1450+% gain, and the SP will go up 1450+%. In other words, the 481,000 shares I bought for a combined investment of about $46k will be worth $750K. I don't care what the SP is, as I know this stock will be a multiplier.
Lower SP means that you are able to get more stocks for the same amount of money. If the SP you sell at is 14.5 times higher, then your investment will be worth 14.5 times as much. Considering the market averages somewhere around 10.2% over the last 50 years, that is a good ROI. Now you just have to keep the tax man away :)
