Indeed that is the case and one would surmise that from the showings on level two. Curious, however, that such a string of sales would come from the same entity. I've been watching level II for some time and a string of sales like that tends to catch the attention, particularly when they are sales at a low on a company with very promising news to come. One doesn't have to think to far to see a move like that as a scare tactic, which it quite likely was.
