UC's position is iron clad as far as legal is concerned and remaining issues involve SPQ and KWG hammering out the details of their respective positions according to U.C. admin. In addition, UC's institutional investors are guaranteed that UC's position is as stated above. So if there are to be any concerns, it may be province of those considering what the disposition of percentages will be between SPQ and KWG.
