In the long run Spider mgt will be very interested in the feelings of their shareholder regarding a reverse split. This forum and your recap provide a good starting point for collecting that feeling.

I, for one, agree that a 1 for 3 or a 1 for 4 reverse split would be a good thing. It would put us in the same ballpark as Freewest and some of the other area players and make the stock harder to manipulate.

Maybe others can reply stating their agreement or objections to this suggested option???/
