JD,thanks for your reply. While your numbers speak for themselves,ie 10 % gain on a .10 cent stock price vs. a 10 % gain on a .30 cent stock, the fact remains that many daytraders seem to have ample funds to play with these stocks regardless of a .10 cent or .30 cent SP. Just take a look at what they have done to BMK over the past few months . I understand what you are saying about managements need for PPs and financing and I just hope there are excellent assay results soon so that the SP appreciates and the notion of ANY R/S IS SET ASIDE. Mark my words,IMO,any R/S at this time will see the SP eventually drift down and we will all loose a lot of Share value. I cannot put it more strongly that a RS for this stock at this time of its development will ,IMO,benefit management ONLY and not existing shareholders. I would like to suggest that a merger perhaps with one or more of the other ROF companies, IMO would make far more sense and could perhaps achieve the goals and objectives that management has . Seems to me ,that sooner or later,there may have to be some sort of consolidation of companies in the ROF. Why not consider a merger of SPQ and KWG . They appear to have so much in common . I would be willing to bet that a merger would have far reaching synergistic effects to the benefit of Shareholders and Management and watch how the SP would rachet upward. Just my opinion on this and hopefully this could lead to some thoughts by SPQ ,other then a R/S.
