I have been reading the many theories and questions about Spider's special consolidation request.

I was wondering if you could contact Mr. Novak for one of your informative Executive Addresses on this matter. From the shareholder posts on this board, unless they get more convincing reasoning, Mr. Novak faces an uphill battle for his request. To make an informed decision, they need and deserve more clarification than a simple filing with Sedar and a proxy statement.

I have my own questions.

1) Is this to stop stock manipulation or improve stock dilution in the future when Spider has to finance future drilling programs or both?

2) What is the expected ratio spider expects to consolidate and why isn't it specifically clarified in the proxy statement?

3) If this request is not ratified by shareholders, how will it impact the ongoing business operations of spider?
