WITH REFLECTION:

i have been working on this with much consideration of all alternatives.

firstly: to bring the idea of a 'split' forward at this time is lunacy.

however, some directors did so and the BOD voted in favor of bringing it forward ...not all were in favour.

secondly: i did contemplate the idea of amendments which might be considered (ei. to be used in conjuntion with substancially changing news) ....however, this gives way to the thinking that the idea of split is acceptable, even marginally at this time, and this is NOT true.

the suggestion or even discussion of a split at this time is very damaging.

PLEASE: TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS ...JUST VOTE NO

plain and simple.

until we can get this out of the way... it will be very difficult to reconstitute share price and fair value. (regardless of good news)
