Hello everyone,

I am just catching up on the posts and the discussion is very interesting,

I plan to vote no and please, no amendments - just might confuse things, IMO.

It was mentioned that not all Board Members voted for this R/S.

Would it be possible to find out who voted for and who voted against?

Does anyone know?
