I too, am strongly considering on voting NO to the 1 for 10 share proposal. I currently have over 105,000 shares to vote.

My thinking is RE: leverage, and the Potential share price rise, if and when other ROF mining companies..there are many..Drill and make prominsing hits.

A 25%, 50%, 100%, rise in share price from .065cents is a Lot more Likely, than from a .65cent share price..even with only 30 million outstanding instead of 300 million.

Most of us on this forumn are small investors and to put a few thousand into a .10--.30 cent per share company is more enticing than to put 1.00-3.00 per share in a higher price company.

Anyway, all things considered, and trying to keep an open mind . Right now my Vote would have to Be NO. Thanks for all the Discussion
