First Explorer at the "Ring of Fire" and presently drilling on the "BIG DADDY" Chromite/Pge's jv'd property...yet we were robbed
Well you can't and I don't know, fwiw just how does one come to doubt someone that is telling them everything they want to hear?
A sign of a basher or pumper I have noticed over the yrs. They will use a title that is to their advantage even if they have to change the title in their reply, one that repeats the manipulation or helps it, so that everytime someone responds they get their message read again.
Please note that in my "Re: My FAX to Mr. Novak "
Someone ...changed the title when he responded to me to fit his needs so that the title would get repeated whenever someone replies as a message that fits his manipulation/interests. That is a second nature response that should give everyone here pause.
Keep in mind all we have to do is hit "reply" and no custom typing in the title box is nessessary for a reply.
This is the sign of one that wants to manipulate a crowd and not of one that simply has an honest answer or concern.
Now keep in mind that a pumper has just as much to gain as a basher does and more imho because it fits on both ends of the pumper basher spectrum to maximize gains.
This is a fact and even worse results for the unsuspecting investor are explained by math.
Lets look at taking a 1000$ investment out near the highs of a stock say in spq's case at .20ish when someone was really laying on the virtues of spq back in the fall(even on benign news releases a I mentioned at the time, check the archives and you will see). Well he has been pretty quiet about it by comparisom over the past few months as spq has fallen 70%. SO that 1000$ has turned into 300% Now the investor that bought into the hype has to make a whopping 65% just to get even with his entry point. A tenuous pt in time that I have been in many times
At this point the pumper has done his job and now may come in as a basher under another handle working at scaring these weak holders out near the bottom. This is a double wammy and can quickly mark that loss to market leaving the unhappy investor with a small portion of his funds to get enticed back in on the way up to the next top.
The rug gets pulled at the top and bottom and that is what everyone needs to be aware of.
Do not trust any one person source of info on a stock and that includes this post .
Ftr I am still a holder of spq although a smaller number of shares and I have no doubts about holding it at these levels
A pumper and a basher go hand in hand that is a fact, and one is just as bad as the other.
