on the back of the proxy vote (the paper you received in the mail ) read the second paragraph that is in BOLD PRINT the very first line explains it all your proxy vote DOES count. IT is ridiculous to have you vote but not have it count why then would anyone vote ,i have voted this way for a very long time,before that i would have to vote by mail,seriously think about it how many people can take the time /money /effort to attend these meetings,not i P.S. i have voted no to the r.s.
