Thanks for being honest with your views. However, the point is that there really is no need for the consolidation. The number of outstanding shares don't really matter in the long run. $1000 invested is still $1000, whether it is 1 share or 1 million.

If you read through the research paper (http://207.36.165.114/NewOrleans/Pap... I linked a while back, you will see that among the most unsuccessful RS among the 1037 they tracked, propping up the SP to attract buyers through an RS was one of the most unsuccessful outcomes.

This RS was a proposal to be taken advantage of any time until the end of the year. Unfortunately, this would leave us at a disadvantage until the end of the year, with a large cloud covering the blue sky.

The best way for the SP to be propped up is with positive news, which should be forthcoming over the summer. Our SP does not solely depend on our news results, but is affected by all the various companies in the area.

Soon, there will be about a dozen drills turning in the area, and even more geophysics. Unless we totally fluked out and NOT drilled into the only deposit in the whole area (what are the odds of that?!?), then more discoveries will be made this summer, and a better idea of what is in the ground will be known.

Given all that, our SP will see gains ($0.50 - $1.00 finally?). That is when a PP should be looked at, and further dilution will be minimized. $6 mil at $0.50 is only another 12 million shares, and would fund us for 2 years!

PS: BTW, there are only 300 million shares outstanding at this time.
