Read the rational assaciated with the Resolution. It is there in plain lnguage. If there were DEEPER DEEDS as you suggest they would most definitely have been included. As NONE were, we know the thinking behind the Resolution. It is clearly stated.

However, I for one think the Rarional is a "Red Hearing" but can not go any further than stating the Rational given is insufficient in and of it's self to allow my support. And further more the Rational is clearly counter to the actual goal it proports to be representing. Just look at the Share Price!!!
