I am one of the shareholders who voted yes.

I did it because I think it is the right thing to do given my careful consideration of all the information from Spider and on this board.

I am disappointed to see the ongoing negative campaign by many of those who feel "No" is the only option. I respect your decision and I fully expect you to respect mine. This will certainly be my last post on this forum until after the meeting because quite simply - reading the daily arguments is both repetitive and negative to all of our hopes for Spider to grow.
