I totally agree that both sides of an important issue as the proposed RS should be heard on this board. The arguments should however be kept tp facts and each share holders interpretation of what thos e facts mean to him/her.
Why you agree with a R/S or why you disagree is based on your own due diligence and can certainly be influenced be other on the board when their opinions are stated in a factual and non-threatening way.
One thing for sure - after the meeting, regardless of how the vote goes, all shareholders should be 100% behind Spider and their management team. From that point our success or failure is in their hands (as it is now) and solid support should be reflected on this board. Negative posts and second guessing the decisions made at the meeting will only open the door to the bashers and day traders hopeing to make a few more fast bucks off a super investment opportunity for all of us.
I did vote 'yes" but I have no problem if the R/S resolution is defeated because I know Spider is going to grow and make all shareholders very happy.
