All that need be done at present or in the next 6 months to raise new cash for NEXT YEAR's Exploration is to allow EXISTING Share Holders purchase a New Share Issue by INTERNAL Offering! SPQ, Need Cash??? Let your Share Holders have first crack at the New Share Issue. No need for a R/S for a good long tome yet to come! Old Joe
