First, send an email to Kathy - right now, if possible. Give your full name, address, and telephone number.

Tell Kathy that you are a shareholder, but have not received package from Spider Resources. You need to get your proxy form with control number.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: The only way I can directly help you is that you must have a proxy form with a control number on it. As per previous posts here on Agoracom, you would complete the proxy form, and FAX it to me. I would become your proxyholder.

But contact Kathy first. We still have time.
