Bou, the real reason for all the controversy is the vagueness of the R/S. UP TO 10-1.

That leaves an awful lot of leeway for deciding what they want to do.

I for one would have been a hell of a lot more comfortable if they said a definite 3-1 or 5-1 then with the vagueness of the "UP TO " part.

I think we all believe we have a pretty good team leading the way. I for one have confidence in them, however I just couldn't bring myself to vote for the resolution the way it was written.
