The example you give for justifying a R/S took "Some time" for it to recover from the post R/S and then only due to "improving fundamentals and an optimistic outlook".
Well may I tell you, if not only reminding you, Spider Resources ALREADY has excellent FUNDAMENTALS and the Share Holders I know are VERY OPTIMISTIC allready.
Thus, the criteria for justifying a R/S are not present for this fine company at the present time, nor do they seem at all likely to exist for any time line into the forseeable future from what I have learned of this company and its prodigious Fundamentals.
And therefore, with this optimism and solid fundamental value well in mind, I invite you to VOTE NO! respecting Resolution #12.
