First Explorer at the "Ring of Fire" and presently drilling on the "BIG DADDY" Chromite/Pge's jv'd property...yet we were robbed
I sent some questions to Spider Resources via email. I wanted to know which lab(s) Spider is using. I was wondering if SPQ was going the same route as Noront Resources.
"Spider is currently using Actlabs for this project, as to whether we will continue to use only the Actlabs facility in ThunderBay the answer is no.
Actlabs in Ancaster has access to a nuclear reactor at McMaster University that is needed for the Chrome analysis and we doubt very much that ActLabs will build a nuclear reactor in ThunderBay. The lab in TBay is a sample prep lab and will be able to do in TBay analysis as well, but there are many types of analytical procedures that are required that Actlabs has no intention to move to ThunderBay.

And based on the recent NR with regards to a new CFO, and some personal DD which revealed that Mr. Marrelli is the CFO of U308, Newstrike, and Probe, I thought I would ask a couple of questions. (Newstrike states specifically that Mr. Marrelli devotes 5% of his time to the company as CFO.)
1) What percentage of time would Mr. Marrelli devote to Spider Resources?
2) Where is Mr. Marrelli's office?
"Carmello Marelli will devote sufficient of his time to fulfill the role of CFO and do other work as requested by the Board of Directors of the company. His office also handles the day to day accounting and clerical work.
Carmello’s office is the same address as the registered corporate office of Spider Resources Inc.

I wanted to ask these questions because I didn't see Spider Resources at a stage in the their development to hire on a fulltime CFO like Noront Resources. And this is the case. However, hiring on a capable CA to take care of Spider Resources - even on a part time basis - is a smart corporate move forward!
PEJ: I haven't asked about the shareholder rights plan, yet. I will do so today.
I hope this information helps the decision making of SPQ shareholders.
